As a farm broadcaster, I'm passionate about sharing the stories and information that matter most to the agricultural community. This page features a collection of my work, highlighting key topics and voices in the industry. I have three years of experience in this field of work, making me proficient in audio editing, giving me a sharp ear for audio issues and diagnostics, and vast experience conducting a range of conversations.

Listen to a 30-second spot ad I produced for Sunny Creek Trading Post. When my peers were developing a campaign to promote Sunny Creek’s new location, they reached out to me to bring the script to life. They developed the script, and I recorded the advertisement for them to donate to Sunny Creek.

Podcast

I’m proud to share that during summer 2025, I had the opportunity to produce Koch Agronomic Services’ first-ever internal podcast. Given my background in radio, I was a natural fit for the project when I joined the KAS Brand & Communications team as an intern. Working closely with my project leads, I helped define the podcast’s purpose, target audience, audience needs, naming, and overall direction for the initial episodes.

With approval on these foundational elements, I produced the first episode, a 35-minute audio feature that included global regional updates from sales managers alongside a Principle-Based Management story from an Iowa-based sales professional who had recently pioneered a new area of the business. While this structure may sound unconventional for a podcast, incorporating multiple perspectives allowed busy employees to quickly understand the company’s global performance while sparking ideas about innovation and opportunity within Koch’s management system and culture.

Although my internship concluded before the podcast was officially released, the experience provided invaluable insight into launching a new communications initiative, from concept development and audience analysis to producing an audio product that aligns with organizational goals and leadership expectations.
